Flying into Sofia? We can arrange convenient pick-up/drop-off at Sofia Airport (Terminals 1 and 2) or in the city. From Sofia, key routes include A1 Trakia to Plovdiv and Burgas, A2 Hemus to Varna, and A3 Struma to Blagoevgrad and Bansko.

Motorways in Bulgaria require an electronic vignette (e‑vignette). We will advise what’s needed for your rental. In Sofia, paid street parking operates in Blue and Green zones—check local signage and hours.

Cross-border, one-way and airports

Cross-border travel may be possible to neighboring countries with prior authorization and fees as per our Terms. One-way rentals within Bulgaria are available on request and subject to confirmation.

What to expect at pick-up

• Bring a valid driver’s license, passport/ID, and payment card in the main driver’s name.
• A security deposit and fuel policy apply per the specific offer.
• In winter (Nov–Mar), Bulgarian law requires at least 4 mm tread; winter equipment is strongly recommended on mountain routes.
